11 Jul Lincoln among world’s best in new subject rankings
Lincoln University is amongst the world’s top institutions in the new QS World University Rankings, for two individual subjects.
It is ranked 39th in Agriculture and Forestry and 48th in Hospitality and Leisure Management.
QS evaluated 4438 universities to compile the subject rankings. The overall university rankings are expected to be announced mid-year.
This is a rise for Lincoln from the 50-100 bracket it was previously listed in for Agriculture and Forestry, while Hospitality and Leisure Management is a new subject area and ranking.
“The rankings reflect how highly the research and teaching carried out at Lincoln is regarded worldwide,” Lincoln University Vice-Chancellor, Professor Robin Pollard, said.
